We’ve created an event that’s focussed on building a community of like-minded people, who have the common goal of being their best self as an individual, in relationships and at work.

The Happiness Festival is all about first hand experience. Not just the theory of how happiness can impact your life, but the practice! With seven streams of content covering the entire spectrum of happiness, wellness and well-being, we’ve got you covered. Whether your preference is yoga, mindfulness or just having fun – it’s all right here.

Positive emotion.

This stream will provide the opportunity to participate in experiences that work towards developing a deeper understanding of how you view the past, present and future and work towards a more positive perspective through a variety of activities that will introduce you to; Gratitude, Kindness, Patience and Forgiveness.


We all need something that draws us into the present, creating a flow of immersion in our tasks and activities. This stream of activities will enable you to have fun, try something new and introduce you to the power of flow in enhancing happiness through; Yoga, Group Exercise, Sports, Art, Writing and Music


Building positive relationships with those that matter is key to our overall happiness in all walks of life. These sessions will provide fun, creative introductions to help you better understand the impact of your communication, how to better connect with your children, create your ideal Relationship and strategies for positive parenting and family bonding.


Having meaning to define our purpose is a key driver of fulfilment and happiness in our lives. These activities will provide an experiential introduction to hot topics that enhance happiness such as mindfulness, empowerment, compassion, present living and self love.


Goals and ambitions drive achievement and a sense of accomplishment helps us to thrive and prosper. This stream is dedicated to helping people become their best self at work. Led by the region’s leading business psychologists these sessions will cover key topics to improving your happiness at work such as; Building resilience, Identifying your strengths, Using positivity to manage stress and mindfulness at work.

The Man Cave.

Developed specifically to focus on what matters to guys, the man cave will take a male-centric approach to improving life satisfaction. Activities will include;  accomplishment and strength identification,  mindfulness to enhance concentration, parenting – a male perspective and how to turn your failures into successes.

Kids Corner.

For many parents, raising happy children is the holy grail of parenting success. Creating lasting happiness in your child can enable them to flourish, be confident, successful, kinder and more creative. Led by leading school, educational and family psychologists and educators they will cover; Yoga for kids, mindfulness, resilience, kindness, engagement and gratitude.
